Simple as it may seem it is not always that easy to get pregnant. A few tips are shared on how to get pregnant easier. High dosages of Vitamin C are not good for women who want to get pregnant. Early menopause and fertility

Early menopause can severely affect fertility. Early menopause is also known as premature menopause. Women who experience many menopause symptoms before they are 45 may suffer from early menopause and should seek professional help if they still want to conceive. It is a condition where the female stops ovulating before she reaches the age of 45. There are health risks associated with early menopause including bone fracturing and also a higher risk of osteoporosis. Hormonal treatments may be required, but the safest method is that of supplementing your diet with a combination of natural herbs, vitamins and minerals which help to regulate menstruation and ovulation, as well as improve the reproductive health. PregAssist for Women does that and can help to overcome symptoms of early menopause.

Soy may be bad for male fertility

Friday, June 12th, 2009

Who would have thought that the amazing soy product could be anything but good for your health. Overdoing it however, seems to be a big problem when it comes to male fertility. A recent study published in the Human Reproduction Journal (2008) indicated that men consuming soy may have a lower sperm count! The study concluded that the men with highest intake of soy had the lowest sperm count. Apparently soy contains phytoestrogen which is a plant soy that can have adverse affects on the sperm count. The worrisome part is that many foods contain it including pizzas. How to ensure that you don’t overdo it? Eat a healthy balanced meal three or more times a day – and go with fresh produce rather than pre-cooked or packaged foods.

Monday, June 1st, 2009

Zinc is one mineral that is important for fertility in the male and the female. The PregAssist supplement for Men and Women thus include the right amount of Zinc elemental to address any deficiencies that may occur in the body. Deficiencies in Zinc in the male lead to low sperm production, motility, and count. It can also lead to poor testicle health and low testosterone metabolism. Zinc for fertility is included in the female supplement to help address ovulation problems. Apart from Zinc we also include Vitamin B12 to help reduce the chances of miscarriage. Invest in a quality supplement that includes just the correct amount of Zinc for fertility in combination with other vitamins, minerals and herbs which promote healthy reproductive systems.
