When to go for fertility testing

Friday, June 12th, 2009

If you have not conceived after 12-18 months of regular sexual intercourse without any form of contraceptives used and you are in the age group of 20 to 30 you should consider fertility testing. Fertility testing should be considered for couples after 12 months of unsuccessful conception if they fall in the age group of 30 to 35. If a couple has tried for six months without any success and they are both over 35 it will be a good idea to go for fertility testing. Most of the obstacles can be overcome and as such it is better to get to the root of the problem earlier rather than later because the longer you try to conceive the more stressful it will become. Get fertility support and realize that you are not alone. Thousands of couples struggle to conceive whether for the first time or subsequent attempts. Be sure to also pay attention to nutritional support for both through the usage of PregAssist for Women and PregAssist for Men whereby you can improve your chances of successful conception drastically.

What to do during heavy menstrual bleeding?

Friday, June 12th, 2009

If you suffer from heavy menstrual bleeding that is when you bleed more than about 80 ml on day one you need to address your physical health. Get enough rest. If you can, go to bed earlier. Make sure you consume food that can be digested easily and stay away from very hot baths or very cold showers. During this time you should avoid too cold swimming pools. If you can, rather use pads than tampons as tampons have been linked to numerous infertility conditions. If you must use tampons, use them for short periods and select unbleached cotton types. Makes sure you get the required vitamins including Vitamins A, E, B1, selenium, B6 and B12. Don’t do heavy exercises during heavy menstrual bleeding periods. Supplement with PregAssist for Women to help regulate menstrual bleeding and hormones.

What is a molar pregnancy?

Friday, June 12th, 2009

Molar pregnancy occurs because of genetic abnormalities which may occur when fertilization of the egg takes place. There may then be a growing abnormal embryo in the womb. In the molar pregnancy it may also be that a growth takes place in the womb without an embryo. Molar pregnancy is very rare with only about one to one thousand chance of occurring. To ensure that the sperm is healthy, the successful fertilization takes place and that the chances for miscarriages including molar pregnancy are reduced, you need to adapt your lifestyle, eating plans, and also ensure that you get the correct combination of vitamins, herbs, and minerals to help restore reproductive health.
